  • Commitment: 4 weeks of exclusively following this program to maximize your experience.

  • Training Details: A 4-day-per-week program featuring hypertrophy-based movements, plyometric and athletic exercises, and programmed cardio. Exercises do not change weekly.

  • Home Workout Options: Home-friendly alternates provided for every exercise.

  • Guidance: Demo videos and clear instructions for each movement to ensure proper form and execution.

  • Track Your Progress: Access the program through the Train Heroic app, making it easy to log weights, track exercises, and monitor your progress.

  • Community Support: Join a group chat with others in the program for accountability, support, and motivation.

  • Fitness Levels: This program would not be suitable for complete beginners. Intermediate (some training experience >1 year) to advanced is recommended.

  • Start Date: February 3rd, 2025

At the end of the 4 weeks, I’ll ask for your feedback through a brief survey to help me refine and improve the program’s content, design, and delivery.
