WEEKLY Check-in Macro Nutrition Coaching - 16 Week Commitment

$325.00 every 4 weeks for 16 weeks

ONCE YOU PURCHASE, I WILL SEND YOU A QUESTIONNAIRE TO COMPLETE.

This option includes:

Detailed nutrition guide on what macros are, tips and tricks on how to track them as well as how to track alcohol

  • My grocery list with macro friendly suggestions

  • Personalized macro count with options for carb cycling as you progress through the program.

  • Weekly check-ins where I assess your progress, offer guidance, answer questions and make any adjustments.

  • You will have messaging access to me as your coach via email, audio and text message daily

  • Shared weekly tracker of your personalized data so you can see your progress. You will be responsible for tracking your weight, measurements and taking progress photos as well as answering a series of questions each week.

    Important Notes - Please Read:

  • You will be required to commit to 16 weeks of coaching. Recurring payments begin when you sign-up and every 4 weeks after. There are no refunds for this! Once you sign up you are committed for a minimum of 16 weeks so please make sure you are serious about this process.

  • If you are not a candidate to be dieting or in a calorie deficit, I will suggest that you enter a reverse diet which I will coach you through. If this concerns you, please consult with me BEFORE signing up as there are NO refunds accepted.

  • Coaching spots are very limited and are filled on a first come, first serve basis.
